Children and Young Adults

We provide compassionate, person-centred domiciliary care and support services for children and young adults within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes and communities. We understand that every child, young person, and family is unique. That is why we work closely with parents, carers, social workers, and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored support that meets individual needs, routines, goals, and outcomes.

Our support services are flexible and can range from a few hours of support each week through to full-time and 24-hour care, depending on the needs of the individual and their family.

Our support services include:

  • Personal care and daily living support

  • Community access and social activities

  • Support with routines and structure

  • Emotional and behavioural support

  • Autism and additional needs support

  • Building independence and life skills

  • Support with communication and social interaction

  • Sensory-based activities and engagement

  • Accompaniment to appointments and activities

  • Respite support for families and carers

  • Overnight and waking night support

  • 24-hour support packages where required

At Tose-Vision, our aim is to support children and young adults to feel safe, valued, confident, and empowered while promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive experiences both at home and within the community.

We believe in creating meaningful relationships with the children and families we support. Our trained and dedicated staff take the time to understand each individual’s personality, interests, communication style, and support needs to ensure care is delivered with dignity, respect, compassion, and consistency.

Whether support is required for a few hours a week or as part of a more complex care package, Tose-Vision is committed to providing reliable, high-quality care that makes a positive difference to the lives of children, young adults, and their families.
